About the picture and calculations

The horizon is the horizontal line. The discs are enlarged so you can follow them.

The scenery is generated artwork, not a camera view of the selected place. Sun and Moon directions use the app’s conventional astronomy calculation. The wide chart unwraps the compass directions; it is not a perspective view or a measured flat-earth mechanism. Dotted paths are calculated direction tracks, not photographed trails. Discs and lines are enlarged for reading.

Model prediction. Existing installed algorithms and retained source records. Source record: data/cosmos/lessons.json#daylight.
